At Amrit Life Care Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following terms before requesting a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be considered in cases involving:

A verified manufacturing or product-quality issue.
Please contact us promptly after receiving your order and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or an unboxing video where available.
Ayurvedic and Personal-Care Products
For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, or tampered-with products may not be eligible for return unless the return is required by applicable law or approved due to a verified issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us so we can review the issue and advise you on the next steps. Please retain the product and its original packaging until the review is complete.
Refund Approval and Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Non-Returnable Situations
A return may not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or improper storage after delivery, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any specific commitment made at the time of purchase.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be considered before an order is dispatched. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be cancellable, but eligible return or refund requests can be reviewed under this policy.
B2B and Wholesale Orders
Bulk, wholesale, private-label, and manufacturing orders may be governed by separate written terms agreed upon before the order is confirmed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable Indian law.
